A selection of Ceramic Si3N4 Precision Unflanged Single Row Ball Bearings. Excellent performance in electrical and magnetism sensitive applications. Higher speed than Zr02. Full ceramic silicon nitride.
- Single row radial ball bearings are arguably the most common, widely used type of bearing. They consist of an inner ring, an outer ring, a set of balls, and a cage that retains the balls in a circular path.
- Single row radial ball bearings are commonly used in a wide range of applications, including electric motors, fans, pumps, gearboxes, agricultural equipment, appliances, and automotive components.

- Applications include cryopumps, medical applications, semiconductors, turbine flow meters, food processing, robotics and optics.
- Wear and corrosion resistance. Lubrication and maintenance free. 3.2g/cubic cm density. Wear and corrosion resistance. Depending on the application, these bearings may run lubrication free or lubricated by the medium in which they are submerged.
- Cages of PTFE, Glass Fibre Reinforced Nylon, or PEEK. Can be made from special aviation aluminum on request.
- Si3N4 (GSN-201) standard material for balls and rings. HRC80 Hardness.
- High and low- temperature application. Up to 250 Deg C with PTFE Cage, 200 Deg C with PEEK Cage, and 130 Deg C with Nylon Cage. Up to 700 deg C without a cage or seals.
