Priority Phone

The priority phone line is for Urgent Stock Checks. The number is available for authorised distributors when they log into their online account.

The purpose of this phone line is to allow our distributors to quickly check stock when they have a customer waiting for an answer. This should only be necessary when our stock levels online are low, or when something needs to be confirmed while a customer is waiting. 

Whilst we provide this phone service as a "priority service", we can't always guarantee that we will be able to answer the phone. When we are very busy, especially following a public holiday, we may prioritise email replies. If the priority line is not being answered, it might be preferable for you to send an email enquiry and advise your customer that you will get back to them. 

The number is only available for MBA distributors. Unauthorised users of the priority phone number will be blocked.
