- Self-aligning washers are designed to compensate for misalignment between connected parts. An expanded range may be available on special order. Please enquire.
- Consists of a convex and concave washer that swivel slightly when nested, allowing them to adapt to slight angles and uneven surfaces. This helps to distribute load evenly and reduce stress on the connection.
- Case Hardened steel 9 S Mn Pb 28 K DIN 6319.
- Order a base washer and an aligning washer to make a complete unit.
- Max Shaft Size Shown will allow 3 Deg of misalignment.
- DIN 6319-G washers are used for clamping mechanical parts with non-parallel surfaces.
- Designed for screw solidity in compliance with 8.8. Limited for use on flat closed ring areas - not for elongated holes.
